SHIPPING INFORMATION

Greater Toronto Area: most items can be delivered within 1 or 2 business days. Please contact us for delivery rates and options. Pick up is also available directly from our studio.

Canada wide shipping: items will be delivered via Canada Post. Please contact us for shipping rates and options.

International shipping and duty: Prices shown for each item do not include shipping charges or applicable duties. These expenses must be paid by the purchaser and are not refundable. Please contact us directly for shipping rates and options.

We aim to provide only the highest quality antique and vintage items and they are sold in "as is" condition. All sales of antique and vintage items are final.

PAYMENT

Deposit:  A 50% deposit is required at the time an order is confirmed, which puts you on our work schedule.  

Balance: The balance is due and payable upon prior to shipping.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  1. All sales are final.

  2. Due to the custom nature of our product, all sales are final once the client has signed off, and no refunds are given.

  3. Due to the unpredictability of supply chains, and material availability, ​J&J MADE cannot guarantee lead times​, but aim to achieve our 8-10 weeks given.​

  4. All orders processed for production are considered final and not subject to refund. 

  5. 50% deposit required at time order is placed, balance is due prior to shipping 

  6. Where inspiration photos/images are used for design, we cannot guarantee that the end product will be exactly as shown
